God named on the shop will be punished
The Kavad Yatra is starting from July 11. This journey will run from 11 July to 9 August. Like every year, this year also lakhs of devotees will participate in the Kavad Yatra. During the Kavad Yatra, many shopkeepers write the names of God at their shops. But now strict action will be taken by the Uttar Pradesh administration on doing so.
Uttar Pradesh Minister of State Kapil Dev Aggarwal has clearly given strict instructions to all the dhaba operators, hotel operators and shopkeepers in UP that all will write their names at their shop, the shop will not run in the name of any God or Goddess. He told that it is playing with faith and the government will not tolerate it.

So much punishment can be done
There is no law clear about such instructions, but these instructions are being issued by the government administratively. So in such a situation, if someone violates these rules. So he will be found guilty of violating the orders declared methodically under Section 223 of the Indian Code. And in such a situation, 3 months imprisonment or fine of one thousand rupees or both punishment are possible.

There was a dispute last year
