Suryakumar Yadav Hernia Surgery: Suryakumar Yadav underwent a successful surgery of sports hernia in Germany. Regarding this, Surya gave an update while sharing a photo after the operation on social media. 34 -year -old Suryakumar Yadav is the T20 captain of the Indian cricket team. After Rohit Sharma’s retirement, the BCCI handed over the command of T20 to Surya.
While sharing the photo on social media, Suryakumar Yadav wrote, “Sports hernia surgery was performed in life update, lower right part of the stomach. It is a pleasure to say that I am on the path to recover after successful surgery. I am eagerly waiting to return to the cricket field.”
When will Suryakumar Yadav return
The Indian cricket team is currently in England, where the 5 -match Test series is being played. After this, the team will play ODI and then T20 series on Bangladesh tour in August. The first T20 will be on 26 and 31 August. There is every possibility that Surya should not go to this tour. After the operation of sports hernia, recovery time is from 6 to 12 weeks.
The next major event in T20 is February next year, the T20 World Cup 2026 in India and Sri Lanka will be held in February-March. A total of 20 teams will play in it. Surya will take command of Team India in this World Cup.
