He spent the day in the crisis, even he did not have the money to eat a single time.

Recently, Ronit Roy recalled the days when he had no money and a dhaba had fed him lentils for free. The actor wept remembering the days of his struggle. Talking to Hindi Rush, he says- ‘There is a dhaba hab near Bandra station, Hut Famous Dhaba. So every night I used to eat there and eaten once a day, because it was equal.

Dhaba man served lentils for free
Ronit Roy further said- ‘Kali dal two roti, spinach cheese do rot, I used to eat this alternate day. One day it happened that now those people got used to it, on seeing that I am good, then there will be empty lentils, if there is tusade, then spinach will be cheese. I went one day, I said, give two rotis and give a little bit. Because the money was over. I remember that man, he placed two rotis in front of me and kept black lentils. I said, I did not ask for man. Said is the day of your pulses from my side.

Was 50 thousand for the first film
The actor further told that he had received a fee of 50 thousand rupees for ‘Jaan Tere Naam’. He says- ‘The love I have received from the people of the earth has no addition to it. So give you some 50 thousand rupees there, who used to come by 4000 every month, then they used to be many at that time.
