If you want to make a career in the medical field and dream of working in the prestigious institute, then there is a lot of good news for you. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna has issued recruitment notification for 152 posts of Senior Resident (Non Academic). Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website aiimspatna.edu.in. The last date for application has been fixed on 30 July 2025. The examination will be conducted on August 14, 2025 under this recruitment by AIIMS Patna. The exam time will be from 10 am to 11:30 am.
Who can apply?
To apply for these posts, candidates must have MD, MS, DNB or DM degrees from a recognized institute in India. The maximum age limit for application has been fixed at 45 years. However, reserved classes will get exemption as per rules-
5 years discount to SC/ST candidates
OBC candidates exempted 3 years
Divyang candidates discount of 10 years
Application fee will have to be paid so much
Candidates will also have to submit the application fee. General and OBC candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1500. SC/ST candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1200. Women and disabled candidates have been given full exemption from fee. The fee will have to be paid online through online.
How will the selection be?
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination. In the examination, 100 multiple choice questions of a total of 100 marks will be asked and the duration of the examination will be 1 hour 30 minutes. The good thing is that there will be no negative marking in it, that is, no marks will be deducted on the wrong answer. Minimum marks have been fixed for different classes to pass the exam-
General Class: 50%
OBC/EWS: 45%
SC/ST: 40%

- Click on the notification of Senior Resident (Non-Academic)
- Click on the “Apply Online” link given in the notification.
- If you are applying for the first time, first of all register with your email ID and mobile number.
- After registration, login and fill the information sought – name, date of birth, educational qualification, experience etc. correctly.
- Scan your photo, signature, degree certificate and other necessary documents and upload it.
- Pay application fees.
- Submit the form and take a print.
