Famous badminton player Saina Nehwal made public the decision to separate from her husband Parupalli Kashyap. He gave information about this while sharing a note on social media. The love story of both started from the badminton court itself. Both of them took training together at Pullela Gopichand Academy in Hyderabad, from where the friendship started between the two which later turned into love.

Saina Nehwal shared a note on the Instagram story and wrote, “Life takes us sometimes on different paths. After much thought, I and Parupalli Kashyap have decided to separate. We have decided to choose peace, development and healthy life for each other. I am grateful for these memorable moments and wish for the future for the future.

When was Saina Nehwal and Parupalli Kashyap married?

Saina and Parupalli were married on December 14, 2018. Born in Hisar, Haryana, Saina Parupalli is 3 years younger than Kashyap. At the time of marriage, Parauppali 31 and Saina Nehwal were 28 years old. At the age of 30, Saina also entered politics, she joined the BGP party in 2020.

Saina Nehwal’s badminton career

In 2005, Saina Nehwal won the Asian Satalite tournament at the age of 15. At the 2012 London Olympics, he won the Bronze Medal in Women’s Single. This is also his best performance in the Olympics. Saina won 3 gold medals in the Commonwealth Games in her career, out of which 2 came in a mixed double.
