Akhilesh Yadav’s brother and Aparna Yadav’s husband Prateek sought crores of extortion! Threatened to implicate in serious case

A case of fraud has come to light with Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav’s brother and Prateek Yadav, husband of State Women’s Commission, Aparna Yadav, Deputy Chairman of the State Women’s Commission. In the FIR lodged before the police, it has been claimed that extortion of crores of rupees has been sought from Prateek. Prateek Yadav, brother of SP President Akhilesh Yadav, has filed a complaint of cheating with him.

Prateek Yadav has filed a report of fraud and demanding extortion of Rs 5 crore against a person named Krishnanand Pandey, who has known his acquaintance at Gautampalli police station in Lucknow. In the FIR lodged at Gautampalli police station, Prateek alleges that Krishnanand Pandey threatened him to register a case under Posco sections.

In the FIR, Prateek has said that he met Krishnanand Pandey during the year 2011-12. It has been written in the FIR – During the meeting, Krishnanand was very impressed with the lifestyle and business of the applicant and came to the applicant many times by taking a proposal of business. In about 2-3 years, the applicant came under the temptation of Krishnanand Pandey on the appointment and pressurizing the applicant for business and in which a proposal was placed before the applicant by Krishnanand Pandey that keeping in view the expansion of the area of Lucknow, with the help of the applicant, if Krishnanand Pandey with the help of the applicant can acquire some land around the martyr path, which he can earn by selling money in future.

It has been written in the FIR that since Krishnanand Pandey was linked to the real state business from the past, he stuck in his words, a company was established on 25.05.2015, in which Krishnanand Pandey was the US Wist Director, and the applicant had invested by the promoter in the said company and in the company. It has been written in the FIR- Since the applicant (symbol) is an entrepreneur and continues to participate in social works, due to this, the applicant appointed the Monal Infratech Company’s entire responsibilities (purchasing, sales, contracts) and appointed Director to execute Krishnanand Pandey. Since Krishnanand Pandey’s appointed beginning, the applicant had to give only the benefit of himself using his social contacts, due to this, Krishnanand Pandey made the work of the company rate to rate, due to which both the applicants and the company were financially damaged and Krishnanand Pandey got personal benefits.

Threatened to implicate in serious cases like OCSO- Symbol
It has been alleged in the FIR that Krishnanand Pandey increased closeness with the staff and people of the applicant (Prateek) and also gathered information about other businesses of the applicant, after which Krishnanand Pandey sometimes cited his economic condition and either cited the false status of his family and started taking up as financial help from the applicant, which he had given a financial help from the applicant.

According to the FIR, Pritka claims that Krishnanand Pandey, his wife Vandana Vandana Pandey and his father Ashok Kumar Pandey were also included in the Shandyatra.
