If you have a dream of walking on the beautiful streets of Britain, reading in the streets of Oxford or passing under the London Bridge, then wait. Some concrete preparation is necessary before that dream makes that dream come true. Getting a UK visa seems as easy as it seems, actually has to pass through the test of documentation and trust. The first thing that is checked is your financial status i.e. how much balance is in your bank account. Also, there are many such questions in Visa application form that assess your intention to your character. Here we are going to tell you one thing.
How much should be bank balance to go to Britain
Under the visa process to go to Britain, it is first seen whether the applicant has enough money to maintain himself there. Bank balance is an important factor in the UK visa. If you are taking a tourist visitor Visa, then there is no fixed amount in it, but you have to prove that you can bear the expenses of the entire trip including tickets, hotels, food and return. It is considered safe to show a balance of 2 to 2.5 lakh rupees for 7 to 10 days journey.
Rules become more strict for students
If you are taking a student visa (Tier 4 / Student Route), then the rules become more strict. Students studying in London have to show 1,334 pounds i.e. 12,006 pounds in their account as a cost of staying 9 months. At the same time, for students studying outside London, this figure is 9,207 pounds or about 9 lakh rupees at the rate of 1,023 pounds per month. This money should be in the account continuously for at least 28 days. This should be clearly visible in the bank statement.
These conditions will also have to be fulfilled for work visa
If you are applying for a work visa i.e. Skilled Worker Visa, then the UK government asks you to show a balance of at least 1,270 pounds i.e. about 1.3 lakh rupees. The purpose of this amount is to see that you can live in Britain without any problem for the first few weeks. This amount should also remain stable in your account for 28 days.
These questions are asked in visa application!
In the visa application, you have to answer many personal and professional questions. Such as your name, date of birth, passport number, matrimonial status, purpose of travel, where will you stop, what are the travel dates. Apart from this, how much your income is, or not, who is spending, whether a visa has been rejected before in your travel history and whether you have any criminal case or not.
