Vacancy on the posts of Grade-A and Grade-B officer in SIDBI, can apply till this date

If you are looking for a job in the banking sector, then there is a great opportunity for you. Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has started the application process for recruitment to the posts of Officer Grade-A and Grade-B. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting Sidbi’s official website Sidbi.in. The last date for application is 14 August 2025. A total of 76 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive, including Grade-A (General and Specialist Stream) and Grade-B officers.

Who can apply?

To apply for Grade-A posts, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and maximum 30 years. At the same time, the minimum age for Grade-B has been fixed at 25 years and a maximum of 33 years. According to the rules of the government, age relaxation will also be given to reserved classes – SC/ST class will get 5 years and OBC class will get 3 years discount.

What should be educational qualification?

For the post of Grade-A, the candidate should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 60 percent marks in Commerce, Economics, Maths, Administration or Engineering from a recognized university. Candidates who have company secretary or chartered accountant can also apply. At the same time, it is necessary to have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any subject for application for grade-B posts.

How will the selection process be?

Candidates will be selected in three stages. In the first phase (Phase-1) examination, 200 multiple choice questions of 200 marks will be asked from subjects like English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge and General Awareness. The exam deadline will be 120 minutes. In the first phase, successful candidates will be called for Phase-2 exam. After this, the final selection will be done through the interview.
