BJP MP Anurag Thakur praised India’s strict policy against terrorism during the ongoing discussion on ‘Operation Sindoor’ in the Lok Sabha. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will always give a befitting reply to terrorism.
Anurag Thakur said in the Lok Sabha, ‘Prime Minister Modi always extended the hand of peace, but Pakistan chose the path of terrorism. In 2014, when Narendra Modi was sworn in as Prime Minister, he was also invited to him during that time. After this, PM Modi also traveled to Lahore, but repeated terrorist attacks in return.
Classes not raised on the achievements of Indian Army: Thakur
Anurag Thakur said that what happened in Pahalgam on 22 April was mentioned by any opposition MP who spoke here. One also did not stand and said how people were asked religion in this terrorist attack, asked to read Kalma, their pants were removed and then they were killed. The question is, what was the problem for opposition MPs to say so? When the Defense Minister was discussing the achievements of the Indian Army, no applause rang, no table was patting.
Referring to the attack on terrorist bases by the Indian Army on 7 May, he said, ‘The terrorists worked to challenge our government, our army. PM Modi had said that India will punish the conspirators beyond their imagination. On May 7, we responded to these enemies and attacked the terrorist bases and in a short time, our army worked to do the land by attacking 9 terrorist bases.
India’s conch shell against terrorism
Anurag Thakur said that we told the world clearly that in future any terrorist attack will be considered directly on India. This was India’s conch shell against terrorism. Now India will give dose, not a doseer. Now India will send a coffin to the terrorist bosses, not evidence. This is a new India and it is new normal on terrorism.
Anurag Thakur said, ‘The Indian Army attacked the Rahim Khan airbase so that the situation worth running there was no longer there. The Indian Army attacks there, where there is a lot of pain. To send this message to Rahul Gandhi. If we do not trust, then go to Pakistan and ask, in whose glory they keep studying day and night.
India is no longer waiting for anyone’s permission: BJP MP
Referring to the Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan, the BJP MP said, ‘He had said that India’s army kept attacking and we kept watching helpless. Those who used to talk about Gajwa-e-Hind and thousands of wounds, they could not compete even 48 hours of the Indian Army. After 26/11, you kept waiting for permission from abroad. We did not wait for any permission and entered the house and hit it.
India fought on two and a half fronts: Anurag Thakur
He said that we suspended the Indus Water Agreement. There were China, Pakistan and Turkas and here the Indian Army alone was heavy on all three fronts. India fought on two and a half fronts. Everyone knows about the two fronts, but there is also a Rahul Gandhi Congress in this half front.
BJP MP Anurag Thakur said, ‘Look at social media, in the last two months, the Congress of Rahul Gandhi has made disgusting and derogatory cartoons against the Prime Minister and the Indian Army. The Congress with Rahul Gandhi called the army chief a road imprint. Rahul Gandhi should apologize to the entire country and the Indian Army.
