What is pink salt?

According to CDC, a teaspoon regular salt contains about 2400 mg of sodium, while US FDA recommends taking less than 2300 mg of sodium daily.

Which salt takes?

Both have advantages and disadvantages. If you want iodine, the regular salt is correct. If you want natural minerals and different taste, then you can take pink salt. But keep in mind, excessive intake of any salt is harmful for health.
