What should be kept in mind?

  • Do not drink hungry stomach tea: This can lead to disturbances in acidity and heartbeat.
  • Do not take salty or fried snacks with tea: This increases sodium levels and can deteriorate blood pressure.
  • Do not drink tea before sleeping at night: This affects sleep and lack of sleep can also increase BP.
  • If your blood pressure remains uncontrolled then it would be better to close the tea completely.
