4. Combination of bread-gam: Bread-gam is a favorite of both children and adults, but white bread has a lot of sugar in refined carbs and jams, eating them together can increase these sugar, which increases weight and can also cause diabetes at risk. 5. Sour things with milk: Eating lemon, orange, or anything with milk causes milk to bursts and does not digest, it can cause gas, stomach pain and indigestion. So never eat milk and sour things together.
