Yogurt and Dairy Products: They contain both iodine and vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency can cause autoimmune thyroid diseases. Therefore, definitely include them in your diet.

Gluten: Hashimoto can make a gluten problem for people with diseases like thyroiditis. If you have sensitivity with gluten, then it may be better to follow a doctor and follow a gluten-free diet.
