Sikandar Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: Eventually, the wait is over. Salman Khan’s much awaited film ‘Sikander’ has been released in theaters today. Along with setting high collection standard of films like ‘Jawan’, ‘Stree 2’ and ‘Chhava’, the changing situations of the Indian box office and the expectations from Salman Khan’s film are also skyrocketing. The action drama is the first film of Sikandar Salman and AR Murugados, so everyone is very excited about this film. However, there was no special promotion of the film, due to which even the next level could not reach the next level. The songs got good traction, but none of them could top the chartbuster. The trailer was the last hope, but this too could not reach the next level of people’s craze with the film. Overall, the promotion material was disappointing, except for the announcement teaser.
How much can ‘Alexander’ collect on the first day?
Apart from the collaboration of Salman Khan-AR Murugados, the biggest thing for ‘Alexander’ is its Sunday release. Salman’s films are known for heavy on-the-spot booking, especially in B and C centers. Therefore, due to its release on Sunday, the film will get the benefit of on-the-spot booking. Also, there is no competition in front of it, which helped the film to get the show count between 18,000 and 20,000 across the country.
Keeping all the factors in mind, Alexander aims to earn 34-38 crores at the Indian box office on the first day. This is a good score, but seeing the recent benchmark of Bollywood blockbuster films, it seems weak. This will not be as expected for Salman Khan too, because initially, it was expected to become the biggest opener by beating 44.50 crores of Tiger 3. However, the final figures will be known only after 10.30 pm. It will be seen that how will Salman’s ‘Alexander’ opening be?
