The Meteorological Department has also issued rain alert in many districts today (8 August).

According to the Meteorological Department, in the western division of the state, there will be rain showers in some places today, while in many places in the eastern division, there is a forecast rain. During this time, there has been a warning of heavy rains at some places.

The process of rain continues till August 13

On Saturday, August 9, there will be further rapid rains in the rain and most parts of the state will rain. This time there may be heavy rain on the festival of Rakshabandhan. Till August 13, the movement of clouds will continue in the state. The weather remains pleasant due to rain. The maximum temperature of the state may fall by 2-3 degrees in the next two days.

Mahoba, Hamirpur, Fatehpur, Rae Bareli, Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Sultanpur, Sant Ravidas Nagar Jaunpur, Mirjapur, Varanasi, Mau, Azamgarh, Ballia, Ghazipur, Chandauli and Sonbhadra will have heavy rain on all the places today.

Saharanpur, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Amroha, Sambhal, Badaun, Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, Firozabad, Kannauj, Agra, Mainpuri, Etah, Farrukhabad, Kasganj, Auraiya, Jalaun, Kanpur and Unnao will be heavy today. In many places, heavy rain has been warned today.

Possibility of light showers in these districts

Bareilly, Pilibhit, Hardoi, Lucknow, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bahraich, Shravasti, Gonda, Barabanki, Ayodhya, Balrampur, Siddharthnagar, Basti, Ambedkar Nagar, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria, Gorakhpur and Sant Kabir Nagar are also estimated to be many places today. These districts have not been warned.

Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Hapur, Ghaziabad, Noida, Agra, Mathura, Aligarh, Hathras, Etah, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etawah, Jhansi and Lalitpur are expected to have light showers at some places today.
