R Ashwin has 221 matches experience in IPL, in which he has taken 187 wickets. Ashwin is also one of the IPL veterans because his economy rate is just 7.29, which is considered quite good in T20. As an all -rounder Ashwin has also scored 833 runs in his career, contributing to batting.
Last season Ashwin was included in his team by bid for Rs 9.75 crore by CSK franchise in the mega auction. In IPL 2025, Ashwin took just 7 wickets in 9 matches.
