During the monsoon session of the Legislature in Uttar Pradesh, Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey raised the issue of sabotage on the tomb in Fatehpur on Tuesday 12 August 2025. In order to respond after the Samajwadi Party leader raised the issue, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna informed him about the current situation and said that in which sections the FIR has been done and how many people are named in the FIR.
During this, Khanna talked about reading the names of those 10 accused. In the assembly, Khanna said that 10 people are named. The 11th 150 people are unknown. We are reading the nameā¦ In the meantime, CM Yogi said to him- Do not read the name. This video is fiercely viral on social media.

Who is the accused, whose name in FIR?
In the assembly, the Parliamentary Affairs Minister of the UP Government Suresh Kumar Khanna replied in the House on the issue raised by the Leader of Opposition and said, ‘The government has no relation with this matter in any way. We completely refute this. He said that on the evening of August 11 in Fatehpur Kotwali, an FIR has been lodged against 10 people and 150 unidentified people and the law will do its job. Khanna said that whoever tries to take the law in his own hands, will definitely get punishment under the judicial process.
Explain that the 10 people against whom the police have registered an FIR in the Fatehpur case- Dharmendra Singh (Bajrang Dal), Abhishek Shukla (BJP leader), Ajay Singh (District Panchayat member), Devnath Dhakad (BJP leader), Vinay Tiwari (Municipality Councilor), Pushpraj Patel, Hrithik Pal and Prasoon Tiwari (BJP) and Pappu Chauhan (former socialist party leaders) are involved.
