The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has started the recruitment process for the posts of Sub Inspector (Sub Inspector) Civil Police and equivalent. The process of online application has started from 12 August 2025 and the last date to submit the application fee is also 11 September 2025. While the deposited fees can be adjusted by 13 September.
According to the recruitment board chairman and DG SB Shirdkar, this recruitment includes 4,242 posts of Raksha Citizen Police, 135 posts of Platoon Commander PAC, 60 posts of Platoon Commander Special Security Force and 106 posts of women’s platoon commander. Women’s posts Lucknow, Badaun and Gorakhpur women will be filled in PAC Vairyis.

This time, due to the recruitment of Korona period and SI for a long time, on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, candidates of all classes have been given a rebate of 3 years as an exception in the maximum age limit. This exemption is being given under Uttar Pradesh Public Service (relaxation in age limit for recruitment) Rules-1992.
OTR required
Before applying, the candidate is required to get One Time Registration (OTR). Biometric verification of candidates will be done in all stages, in which photo, fingerprint and iris scan will be taken. The identity will be confirmed by Aadhaar based E-KYC and live photo will be captured while filling the application form.

The application process is completely online. Candidates can read a detailed release by visiting the official website of the recruitment board and from there can fill the form through the online application link. After completing the OTR, upload the required documents and pay the prescribed fee. Avoid any kind of mistake while applying, because all the information will be verified through biometric and E-KYC.
