Sanju Samson- Sanju Samson is the highest run -scorer in T20 International last year. Samson scored 436 runs in 13 matches in T20 in 2024 last year. But under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav, Samson could not perform better in the T20 series against England, so Samson’s name has not been confirmed yet.
Gill and Siraj- Under the captaincy of Shubman Gill, Team India has returned by drawing Test series at 2-2 and after the Asia Cup, India also has to play a two-match Test series against the West Indies. In such a situation, Gill can be rested. At the same time, Mohammad Siraj bowled 185.3 overs against England and joined the Indian team in all five matches. Jaspreet Bumrah- This fast bowler’s fitness is the reason behind not being confirmed the name of Jasprit Bumrah in the team for the Asia Cup. Before joining Bumrah in the team, selectors would like to see how fit Bumrah is.
