Recruitment to the posts of 6500 senior teachers in Rajasthan, know who and how can you apply

This recruitment is being done to fill the posts of Senior Teacher in various subjects. It includes the main subjects like Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences. Along with this, there will also be recruitment in Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi and Gujarati subjects. Most of the terms have been extracted in mathematics, English and science subjects. In this way 6500 teachers will be appointed in total.

The candidate applying for these posts should have a degree of graduation in the relevant subject. Along with this, it is also mandatory to have a degree of B.Ed. (B.Ed.). Only those who fulfill the qualification will be able to appear in this exam.

As far as age limit is concerned, the minimum age has been fixed at 18 years and maximum age is 40 years. However, reserved category candidates will be exempted as per government rules in the age limit. Age will be calculated as the basis of 1 January 2026.

Candidates will be selected through written examination. The questions asked in the exam will be related to the subject. Apart from this, questions related to general knowledge and education will also be asked. Candidates who will be successful in the written examination will be appointed on the basis of merit list.

In this recruitment, the application fee has been fixed according to different categories. General and OBC candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 600. At the same time, fee for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, EWS and Divyang candidates has been kept at Rs 400. If a candidate makes a mistake in the application form, then he will also have a chance to improve it. Correction can be done by 10 days after the last date of the application, but an additional fee of Rs 500 will have to be paid for this.

The candidate must first go to the RPSC website or SSO portal. Click on the link “Apply Online” there. New candidates will have to register one time registration (OTR). After this, user can login through ID and password and fill the application form by going to the recruitment section. Photo and signature will have to be uploaded while applying. Finally, submit the form by paying the application fee and keep a printout saved.
