After the war with Israel in June, Iran conducted its first single military exercise on Thursday (August 21, 2025). According to media reports, this military exercise was done by Iran to show its strength again to the world.
According to CNN report, the Iranian Armed Forces forces fired missiles and drones at open water bases in the Indian Ocean during ‘Sustainable Power 1404’. This exercise by Iran has been done about a month after the Iran-Russia exercise named Cassarex 2025 in the Northern Water Area (Caspian Sea).
America did air strike with Israel
‘Sustainable Power 1404’ practice is taking place in the southern water area of Iran. Israel did an air strike for 12 days during the war with Iran, which also joined America for some time. Israel bombed Iran’s prominent places and killed big military commanders and nuclear scientists.
During the war, Israel also destroyed Iran’s military bases and it is believed that Iran’s ballistic weapons were also destroyed by the Israeli continuous attack. Iran’s Defense Ministry said on Thursday that a befitting reply will be given to any new attack of the enemy.
American warns Iran
At the same time, US President Donald Trump has warned Iran that if he rejected his nuclear bases including uranium enrichment plants, America will attack it. After the strike of Israel and the United States, Iran postponed the US talks to curb nuclear weapons. Iran has denied any intention of developing a atomic bomb.
Iran’s diplomat said on Wednesday (August 20, 2025) that Iran believes that the time for ‘effective’ nuclear dialogue with the US has not come yet. However, Iran will not completely close cooperation with the United Nations Nuclear Monitoring Institute.
