Iran has once again warned America and made it clear that they will not surrender any pressure. Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that the current situation with the United States is unresolved. Tehran will never bow under the pressure of Washington amid deadlock with western powers about his nuclear program. This information has been given by Irani State Media on Sunday (August 24, 2025).
During the 12 -day war in June 2025, the US and Israeli were bombed by the nuclear sites in Iran, after which the Islamic Republic postponed nuclear dialogue with the US.
What did Khamenei say about European countries
This comment by Ayatollah Ali Khamenei came after Iran and European countries on Friday after consent to resume full talks to curb Tehran’s nuclear enrichment work. Khamenei allegedly said, “They want Iran to be obedient to America. The Iranian nation will stand with its full force against those who have such wrong expectations.”
France, Britain and Germany threatened
The supreme leader of Iran said that those who ask us to raise slogans against America and to talk directly with America, they only pretend, because this issue is unresolved. Explain that the European countries France, Britain and Germany have said that if Tehran does not return to the table of negotiation, they can re -implement the United Nations restrictions on Iran under the Snapback system (it means that relief from restrictions can be canceled and the original sanctions can be re -implemented).
European countries, including the US, say that Iran is working towards developing nuclear weapons, while Tehran says that they are only engaged in developing nuclear power.
