Indian Company Secretary Institute (ICSI) has released the result of CS Executive June examination on Monday, 25 August 2025. This is a big news for thousands of candidates waiting for the result for a long time. Candidates appearing in the examination can now check and download their results by visiting the official website icsi.edu.
ICSI has informed that candidates will have to enter roll number and registration numbers like login credentials to reach their results. The institute has also provided direct link on the website for the convenience of the students, with the help of which the result can be seen in a few minutes.
Physical copy of result will not be available
The ICSI has clarified that no physical marksheet or result copy will be given to the candidates. The institute will only provide e-regult-cum-marks statement on the website. This means that all the candidates will have to download their marksheet from the official website itself.
Earlier, at 11 am today, the institute released the result of CS Professional June Exam 2025. Now the results of both exams – CS Professional and CS Executive – are available on the website.

Schedule for further examinations also continues
Apart from releasing the result, the ICSI has also informed that the next session will be held between December 22 to December 29, 2025. The online registration process for December session examinations will start from 26 August 2025. Those candidates who want to appear in the December exam, be sure to apply within the stipulated time frame.

- First of all, candidates should visit the official website icsi.edu.
- Click on the link “Click here to see the results and download the e-marksheet” on the homepage.
- After clicking on the link, a new page will open.
- Here the candidates will have to enter the information sought like roll number and registration number.
- As soon as the information is filled, the result will be seen on the screen.
