Former Australia captain Aaron Finch holds the record for scoring the most runs in a T20 innings. He scored 172 runs against Zimbabwe in 2018. He is followed by the number of Hazratullah Jazai of Afghanistan, who has scored 162 runs against Ireland. At number three is also Finch’s name, who scored 156 runs against England. Finch is the only batsman in the world, who has scored more than 150 runs in an innings twice in international T20 cricket.

Virat Kohli has scored 122 runs in a T20 innings and Rohit Sharma has scored 121 runs in the same innings.
