How did this strange trend start?

The trend was started by Belgian documentary filmmaker Alexia Craft de la Solks. In the year 2021, when she was doing research for a film in the forests of Spain, she heard about a person who lived like a target in the forests. Walking on all four legs, running and climbing on trees. The person’s name was Victor Manual Flights Escobar, the founder of a Primitive Exercise Method named Tarzan Movement. Alexia contacted Victor and started training with him and then the two together gave this strange but unique movement a new name Quadrobics.

It looks like a game in the beginning, but as the speed and time to do it increases, it becomes a high-interest workout. Alexia said that for the first six months, he felt fatigue and pain every day. Gradually, there was amazing change in his body, such as strong muscles, fit body and natural six-pack. At the same time, thousands of people are following this trend on tickets, Instagram and YouTube. Many people are making their own identity by adopting it.
