The police of Pakbada police station in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, performed the last rites without trying to identify the Kanwariya who lost their lives in the accident. When the family came to know about this, the police’s handiwork was revealed. In this case, the SSP has spotted the line with immediate effect to six police personnel including the police station in -charge.

The injured died during treatment

According to the information, a woman gave an application to Senior Superintendent of Police Moradabad and told that her son had gone to Brajghat water in Sawan. On the way, the police station was an accident in the district of Amroha area. After this, the police station Didoli police admitted the injured to TMU Hospital and informed the Pakbada police. The young man died during treatment.

Police accused of performing the last rites without identification

It is alleged that the Pakbada police did not make any serious effort to identify the deceased and search for the family and performed the last rites as unclaimed.

Later, when the family members came to light, the police said that the deceased’s mother gives a written consent not to take any action. The woman refused this and reached the SSP with the whole matter. The SSP was also shocked as soon as he got complete information about the incident.

During the public hearing, he took immediate action and shifted the line to Pakbada Inspector Vinod Kumar, SSI Surendra Singh, Kasba Outpost Izhar Ali, Daroga Vishal Chaudhary, Head Moharrir Amit Kumar and women constable Priya.

Senior Superintendent of Police told serious negligence

Senior Superintendent of Police Satpal Anthil has clearly stated that negligence and insensitivity in duty will not be tolerated at any cost. The responsibility of the police is fixed from identification to funeral. In such a situation, this kind of negligence is very serious.
