Now Russia has created a vaccine to counter this disease. If this vaccine is completely successful on humans, then it is going to be one of the greatest discoveries of human civilization. So far, MRNA-based vaccine ‘Antaromics’ has seen up to 100 percent effective and safe in pre-clinical trials. The vaccine has been prepared together by the National Medical Research Radiology Center in Russia and the Angelhart Institute of Molecular Biology of Academy of Science in Russia.
Trial with 48 volunteers
The clinical trial of this vaccine is held with 48 volunteers, which was announced from 18 to 21 to 21 June at St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (Spief 2025). After the trial, it has been informed by the Federal Medical and Biological Agency that now this vaccine is fully prepared for clinical use. According to reports, it is a MRNA based vaccine, which will be specially prepared based on every human RNA. The report mentions that the vaccine strengthens the immune system, so that it is helpful in eliminating cancer cells. Its first variant has been prepared for colorectal cancer, while the rest of the variants can be for glioblastoma and melanoma.
How long can people get?
Now after the trial, the vaccine is waiting for regulatory approval. Once it gets approved, after that it will be made available to the people. Along with this, this anteromics will get its name recorded in history as the world’s first MRNA cancer vaccine. With this, not only Russia but millions of people of the world are expecting those who are fighting with cancer. It is not going to be less than any great achievement in the field of medical science.
In which countries of the world cancer vaccine?
America
Apart from Russia, if the name of a country comes first in this list, then it is America. In the US, the highest research is being done in the field of cancer vaccination. The National Cancer Institute (NCI) and other major institutions are working on MRNA based cancer vaccination. Mount Sinai Medical Center has successfully completed the Phase 1 trial of individual cancer vaccine called PGV001, which produces a strong immune response against all types of cancer.
China
Many clinical trials are going on for cancer vaccination in China too. Although the number of these trials is less than the US, China has developed vaccination for some cancer types. For example, some vaccinations have been approved for cervical cancer.
Australia
In Australia, significant research is being done in the field of cancer vaccination. Richard Scolyer Chair in Brain Cancer Research, established in Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, is being researched on immunotherapy for brain cancer through an initiative. If this research is successful then it will be a great discovery in the field of brain cancer.
France
French biotech company Transgene has developed an individual cancer vaccine called TG4050, which is in Phase I/II trials in the treatment of head and neck cancer and has been approved for the third phase. This vaccine is prepared on the basis of the patient’s individual tumor.
India
India is also included in the list of countries where cancer vaccine or drugs continue to search. Research is going on in all medical colleges in India. Apart from this, Serum Institute of India has also achieved success in it, whose vaccine is very helpful in endometrial cancer. This cancer is one of the main causes of cancer death in women.
Apart from this, many countries are doing research on cancer vaccine or are preparing to do research.
