The committee investigated the behavior of Khulbe in this case and came to the conclusion that Khulbe did not see its patients as only one patient, but they understood all the patients as their friend, part of social life, participant in sports activities and like a business partner. The committee said that even though this relationship is made with the consent of the doctor and the patient, the organization is completely firm on the policy of zero tolerance regarding sexual relations between the doctor and the patient.

However, according to the National Post, Dr. Khulbe said that she will appeal against this decision. He said, ‘Many things in my case were hidden during public hearing. To participate in them, me and my parents had to make a lot of financial and personal sacrifice so that my words can be heard. He told the committee that his sexual relations with a gym trainer were part of a relationship.
Used Prokane in her clinic
There was also allegations against Dr. Suman Khulbe that she used to organize social events in her clinic, where alcohol was also consumed and prokain was used.
