Children (5–12 years)

How much time: 7: 30–9: 00 pm

Sleep needs: 9–12 hours

Children need enough sleep to grow well, focus on studies and maintain emotional balance. Sleeping at a quick and regular time keeps their mood good, focuses and strengthens immunity. Parents reduce screen time and can help tell the story before bedtime or to tell light music.

Teen (13–18 years)
