In Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Muzaffarpur, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Vaishali, Begusarai, Khagaria, Saharsa, Madhepura and Supaul, rain can increase the troubles of the people. A warning of lightning has been issued in these districts.
