Phase II Trial has been completed on Neuvax (Nelippimut-S) Vaccine. It found Her2-Low/Intermediate Breast cancer patients with immune response. But it is still away from Phase III trial and final approval.
Institutions like Harvard and NCI (National Cancer Institute, Usa) are also working in this direction. But so far no vaccine is available to the common people.

If a nursing home is claiming that they have such an injection that will never cause breast cancer, then it is completely fake. This is not only fraud but also playing with the lives of patients. The real vaccine is currently in the process of research and testing, which can last for many years.
