UPSRTC Bus Conductor Recruitment 2025: Uttar Pradesh State Roads and Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has started the online application process for recruitment to the posts of Roadways Bus conductor. Roadways bus conductors are appointed on contract through outsourced agency in UP. For this, the notification of vacant posts has been released on the service portal. Candidates can apply online by visiting the portal https://sewayojan.up.nic.in. The last date for application is 17 September 2025.
For this recruitment, applications are being accepted in Agra, Mathura, Aligarh, Etah, Hathras, Etawah and Meerut districts of Uttar Pradesh. There is no fee for application. Notifications have been issued for 34 posts in Agra, Mathura, Aligarh, Etah, Hathras and Etawah. Apart from this, applications have been invited for 82 posts in Meerut.
Eligibility and qualification
In order to become a roadways bus conductor in Uttar Pradesh, the minimum educational qualification of the candidate is mandatory to pass 10th and 12th. Along with this, it is necessary to have knowledge of computer and CCC certificate from recognized institute. Candidates can apply for women or men online.
Age limit
To become a conductor, the age of the candidate should be between 18 and 40 years. Candidates of reserved category will be given age relaxation as per the rules of the government. It is mandatory to follow reservation rules in outsourced appointments to be held in UP.
Salary and other facilities
The outsourced conductor will get salary from Rs 18,000 to Rs 20,000 every month. Apart from this, the employees will be transferred to the bank account between PF, ESI, medical facilities and the bank account between the 1 to 5th of every month.

Document required for application
To fill the online form, the candidate must have Aadhaar card, mobile number, marksheet, income certificate, caste certificate, residence certificate, passport size photo and CCC certificate.

- Prepare your profile and fill all the information.
- Go to private and outsourcing section.
- Apply for the vacant post of roadways conductor.
- After filling all the information, submit the form and take out the printout for further.
