Chief Minister Nitish Kumar made a big announcement on Thursday (September 18, 2025). Said that under the seven decision program of the state government, the former Chief Minister’s Self Help Allowance Scheme has been expanded. Under this, the benefit of self -help allowance scheme being given to inter -passed youth/women has now been decided to give art, science and commerce passed graduate to unemployed youth/women.
He said that young men/women who are not studying anywhere and are trying for jobs/employment, have no self-employment or do not get government, private, non-government planning for jobs/employment, they will also pay the Chief Minister’s surely self-help allowance for a maximum of two years at the rate of Rs 1000 per month.
He has given information about this through his X post. It is written, “I hope that youths/women will use this aid allowance in getting necessary training and preparing for competition examinations so that their future can be secured.”
Government Job and Employment Priority
