What is the issue of H-1B visa?
So far, the fees for H-1B visa ranges from about 2,000 to 5,000 US dollars based on the size and other expenses of the companies. The H-1B visa remains valid for three years. According to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), about 71 percent of the total H-1B visas approved in recent years have been released to Indians. Trump has argued that the H-1B visa program is being misused. It was designed to bring more efficient temporary workers in the US. However, this has put the jobs of American workers in danger. Outsourcing companies have used this program to replace cheap foreign employees instead of American employees. He described it as the issue of both economic and national security.
