Gomtinagar police station in the capital Lucknow has filed a case of fraud against BJP leader Aparna Yadav’s brother and his associate. The victim alleges that he was cheated 14 crores in the name of getting land. In which an FIR has been lodged against Aparna Yadav’s brother Chandrashekhar Singh Bisht in the police station. This action has been taken on the order of the court, a case has also been registered against Aparna’s mother Ambi Bisht in the past.
On the Tahrir of the victim Thakur Singh Manral, the police have registered a case against Chandrashekhar Singh Bisht and Himanshu Rai under sections 316 (5), 338 (4), 338, 336 (3) and 351 (3) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) 2023. A case has been registered against Aparna Yadav’s brother Chandrashekhar Singh Bisht at Gomtinagar police station in Lucknow after the court order. The director of a real estate company in Lucknow has accused him of cheating crores of rupees in the name of land.
The victim alleges that he asked him to transfer about 26900 square feet of land in the name of his company and after that he gradually gave around Rs 14 crore. However, even after giving crores of rupees, only 13,450 square feet of land was registered in his name. When he talked about the remaining land from them, the accused also threatened him. The victim told that the accused says that if you ask for your money again, you will lose your life.
Please tell that Bijpi leader Aparna Yadav is also the Deputy Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Women’s Commission. Recently, an FIR was registered against his mother Ambi Bisht in a case related to a land scam in Lucknow. This action has been taken by Uttar Pradesh Vigilance. Ambi Bisht was a property officer in Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) in the past and recently retired from Lucknow Municipal Corporation.
