Assembly elections are to be held in Bihar this year (2025) and from the worker to the leader-minister, they are busy in it. The goal is to win and the health department is flourishing here. All God trusts. There is no one to see. PMCH is the largest hospital in Bihar, but the patient’s family here says that the right treatment is not being done. Returning without treatment. It is unfortunate that no hospital official is speaking on such a system. The Deputy Superintendent says the Superintendent will give a statement and the superintendent does not meet in the office. Leave so much, do not even pick up the phone. In such a situation, people will say to Mangal Pandey, Minister of Health Department, leave the election and pay attention here. Read ABP Bihar live report of two days. Understand what is going on in the hospital and see the pictures of what we have captured in the camera.
Date- 22 September 2025… Day Monday
The time is about 4.30 pm. We enter the Makhania Kuan gate of PMCH, leaving OPD, we slowly move directly towards the emergency ward while Hathua ward and Tata ward. Many new building work is going on in the hospital. On reaching the Emergency, there is no place to plant anywhere. The place is enough, but it is forbidden to plant.
The guard stopped on seeing the car. Said, outside the hospital, a train will have to be installed on Marine Drive (JP Ganga Path). The Emergency had some vehicles besides ambulances (which may be of the hospital personnel doctors) … If asked, the reply was received on this, PMCH has its own law…
(Trains on JP Ganga Path outside the hospital)
Please tell here that it is forbidden to put a car on Marine Drive. Where the guards get the train installed, there is a board of clear instructions that action can be taken. Read the message on the board below.

Well… On hearing the guards, one of our companions stops outside the emergency with a car. To argue with the guard means assaulting. This is the history of PMCH. There is no action on this. From here, a fellow moves towards the emergency… With this, the poll of chaos started to open. The relatives of the patients have only problems… If someone is not being referred by saying that someone is being referred, then someone has to run out for medicines…
The family of a patient from Chhapra said that PMCH was referred… On coming here, it was found that it cannot be recruited. There is no bed… Now being sent elsewhere… The family of a patient said that there is no arrangement of medicines in the hospital… Some are found and some have to be brought from outside…
Date 23 September… Day Tuesday
It is about 10 o’clock in the morning. The condition of Pammi Devi, who hails from Jehanabad near Emergency, had worsened. She was in unconscious state… was vomiting. When an attempt was made to record on the camera, the guards and some other people (who are probably brokers) started refusing… Why are you taking photos… The phone camera was forced to close the camera. Family members said that it was brought to the emergency at four in the morning. After an hour the doctor saw. Then he said that he has to show to the psychiatrist… was referred by saying this.

Family members said that the patient was brought to the main gate from the trolley in the emergency ward. After this, it was said that with its arrangement, it would have to be taken inside the hospital to the psychiatry department. Watch the game here… For one and a half to two hundred meters, the ambulances started asking for 500. Family members resorted to e-rickshaws… took 100 rupees and took the patient. The trolley man sought to reach 100 rupees but on seeing the journalist, he became nine to two eleven.
The patient’s family Kanhaiyalal said that he will not say anything on the camera or else treatment will not be done. Said that bringing the patient in PMCH is equal to playing with dangers. After spending hours in the emergency, the patient was also not given medicine to prevent vomiting. On coming to the psychiatry department, the doctors will come after 11 o’clock.

Superintendent not found in office… did not pick up phone
In two days, the ABP News team wanted to question the superintendent of the hospital about what he saw and felt, but no one is ready to speak. Superintendent of PMCH Dr. Indrashekhar Thakur was not found in the office till 11 am on Tuesday (September 23, 2025). The team contacted his mobile. He did not receive even after having a full ring twice. The guard posted in the office said that there is no place for their arrival. No one knows when you will come. After this we contacted the Deputy Superintendent. They also did not meet in the office till 11 am. When contacting his mobile, he said, “We are not allowed to talk to the media. Only Superintendent can talk to the media.”
(Note: If the statement of the officer or department comes on this report, then we will definitely publish it too)
