Dearness allowance (DA) is a major benefit, which increases from time to time according to the revised Pay Commission. The house rent allowance (HRA) is given according to the city, if the housing is not available by the department, then this allowance can be up to a maximum of 27% of the original salary. In addition, transport allowance, difficulty allowance (if posted in difficult areas) and other facilities are also given. The security of the job is complete and even after retirement, attractive benefits are available.

BDO’s job profile
BDO’s work is not limited to only salary and allowances. This post gives the candidate an important role in administration and development works. The BDO prepares and implements development plans at the block level in consultation with the local community and other stakeholders. This includes planning projects, budget management, correct use of financial resources and monitoring of programs.
BDO also provides technical assistance. BDO gives advice and guidance to the local community in the areas of agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry and rural development. Maintaining coordination with government agencies and departments, preparing reports and making recommendations for improvement is also included in their work.
