In this technique, work is done by focusing completely for 90 minutes and after that a 20 -minute break is taken. This method is scientifically proven and is based on the natural activity cycles of the brain i.e. Ultradian Ridms.
Ultradian Ridms is the rhythm of the brain in which high and low mental activity periods are repeated throughout the day. Each cycle is about 90 to 120 minutes. During this time the brain works in a high focus position and then a 20 -minute recovery phase comes, which slows down the speed of the brain and reduces fatigue.

The foundation of this method is at the Basic Rest-Activity Cycle, which was told by Nathanial Clatman, a sleepist. This cycle controls our productivity and sleep stages in both day and night. The brain remains more alert and error -free during 90 minutes with high attention, while there is a lack of fatigue and attention during 20 minutes of recovery.
Psychologist Anders Ericson found in a study by top violinists that he used to adopt 90 minutes of practice and then the rest process. In the structure of such work, professionals recorded 40% more productivity and 50% less mental fatigue.
