However, if the candidate gets full votes, then this fee can also be returned.

When the official announcement of the election is made, then the process of filing nomination begins. Under this, the candidate has to fill a nomination form. It is necessary to give name, address, date of birth, education information, property and if there is a criminal case, then it is necessary to give information about it. If you are an independent candidate, then you need at least 10 proposals, which should be voters of the same assembly constituency.
