There is news of a big train accident in Bikaner district of Rajasthan. Here a freight train going to Ajmer was derailed and about 37 boxes of the train derailed. After the derailment, many boxes derailed and fell away and many of the wheels have gone out. It is a matter of relief that there is no loss of life in this accident.
According to railway officials, all the railway employees in the goods train are safe. Rail traffic has come to a standstill due to this accident. Two trains have been canceled after this accident. It has been decided to run some trains through the changed path.
Special relief train departs from Jaipur
According to Shashi Kiran, CPRO of North Western Railway, the accident took place at around 7:30 am. Relief and rescue teams have reached the spot. The work of vacating the rail track has been started. A special relief train has also been dispatched from Zone’s headquarters Jaipur.
The accident took place near Chani railway station. Local villagers are also helping railway employees. There has been a stir in the area since this railway accident. Further information is being awaited.
