Big news has come out from Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. Ram Kumar Bindal, brother of BJP state president Dr. Rajeev Bindal, has been arrested by Solan police. A 25 year old girl has accused him of rape. Solan police has arrested the accused Ram Kumar Bindal after getting his medical done. Solan SP Gaurav Singh has confirmed the matter.
According to the information, Solan Police had called Dr. Rajeev Bindal’s elder brother Ram Kumar Bindal (75) for questioning on Friday (October 10) morning and then arrested him. The victim has lodged a report in the women’s police station, according to which she has been ill for a long time, she had come to the Vaidya near the old bus stand in Solan on 7 October 2025 to get Vedic treatment for her illness.

According to the report lodged in the police station, when the victim came to Vaidya near the old bus stand in Solan, where a person was sitting, who asked him where he had come from. After asking for their address, he made them sit for examination. After that the person started pressing the veins by holding his hand. After that he started asking them about sexual problems. The victim gave complete information about her illness. They were assured that they would cure them 100%.

After this, the accused started examining the victim and allegedly during this he said that he had to check the private part also. For which the girl refused. But the accused did wrong things to her on the pretext of checking. The victim pushed him and came out. A case has been registered regarding this in the women’s police station, Solan.

The police also got the incident site inspected by the team of SFSL Junga and with the help of the SFSL team, evidence was collected from the incident spot. On the basis of evidence, the police arrested the accused Ram Kumar Bindal, son of Vaidya Balmukand Bindal, resident of Bindal Colony Circular Road Solan on Friday (October 10) by the police team of Mahila Police Station. Police is taking further action in the matter.
