A new controversy has arisen on Babar Azam. His own country’s former cricketer Rameez Raja has said something which is sure to create an uproar in Pakistan cricket. Actually, the first test between Pakistan and South Africa is being played in Lahore. On the first day of the match, Babar Azam had reviewed a catch. On this Rameez Raja said, “Now he will do drama.”

This incident is of 49th over of Pakistani innings. Senuram Muthuswamy was bowling in front. There was an appeal for caught-behind on the first ball of the over and the ground umpire gave him out. But Babar Azam felt as if the ball had not hit his bat. He took DRS, which was successful because there was no connection between the ball and the bat. Ultimately Babar was declared not out.

Rameez Raja was also commenting during this entire review process. Perhaps Rameez Raja had no idea that the mic was on, but what he said surprised everyone. During the review process he said, “It’s out, it will create drama.” At that time Babar was batting on one run and after DRS he was declared not out. Well, even after being given not out in DRS, Babar could not last long. He was out after scoring 23 runs.
