The court today passed a remark on the petition for cancellation of LOC filed by Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, saying that if you want to go abroad, then first become an approver. Actually, EOW of Mumbai Police has made Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra an accused in the alleged fraud case of Rs 60 crore. LOC has been issued against him in this case.

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has to go abroad for a YouTube event for which she had filed a petition in the court demanding cancellation of LOC. Now the court ordered the actress to become the first approver. In the earlier hearing, the court had said that the first Rs 60 crore will be heard later.
EOW had recorded the statement of the actress
Let us tell you that EOW had recorded the statement of Shilpa Shetty in this case last week. In which the actress had said that she took Rs 4 crore from Best Deal TV, but this was her celebrity fee. Although she was a director in the company, she took this money because she had come and advertised for that TV as a celebrity on that platform. Sources told that Shilpa Shetty had taken Rs 4 crore for the same thing. Shilpa Shetty resigned from her post in January 2016.
