Bihar BJP List: BJP has simplified the equations in the first list, 17 OBC, 11 MBC, 9 women, 6 candidates from SC-ST.


Bharatiya Janata Party has released its first list for Bihar Assembly elections on Tuesday, October 14. Names of 71 candidates have been announced in the first list. In the first list, BJP has mostly repeated its old MLAs and ministers. In this, BJP has tried to reach out to all social classes. In the first list, backward, extremely backward, women, scheduled castes and scheduled tribes have been given more than 50 percent participation.

In the list of 71 candidates, BJP has repeated most of its old MLAs and ministers. The ticket of Arun Sinha from Kumhrar and Nandkishore Yadav from Patna Sahib was cut. Prem Kumar, over 70 years old, was successful in getting the ticket from Gaya. Two leaders who had lost in the Lok Sabha elections were made assembly candidates. Mithilesh Tiwari, the Lok Sabha candidate from Buxar, was given ticket from Baikuthpur and Ramkripal Yadav, the Lok Sabha candidate from Patliputra, was given the ticket from Danapur.

These MLCs also got tickets

Apart from this, among the important leaders of BJP, MLC Samrat Chaudhary was made the candidate from Tarapur, Mangal Pandey from Siwan, Sanjeev Chaurasia from Digha and Rajneesh Kumar from Teghra. In the list of 71 names, 9 women, 5 Scheduled Caste and 1 Scheduled Tribe candidate got place.

BJP has tried to give representation to all the classes in its first list. Dalit, backward, extremely backward and women have all been included. 17 OBCs, 11 extremely backward and 9 women have been included in the first list. BJP gave place to 6 candidates from SC-ST category in the first list.
