There was a huge uproar at the party headquarters after the meeting of the Central Election Committee (CEC) of the Congress. Women workers raised loud slogans in front of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. While talking to ABP News, he said that when Rahul Gandhi has promised 33% participation of women in ticket distribution, then why is it not being implemented. Expressing displeasure, women workers said that they have been working hard for the Congress Party for years, but tickets are being given to “dummy candidates”, due to which the real workers are being ignored.

Party workers expressed their displeasure
Speaking to the media, a Congress worker said, ‘It was said that those who will be in the screening committee and whose online application process is completed, they will be given tickets. But some leaders like Krishna Allavaru and Rajesh Ram make women work hard, send them from door to door, and end up cheating. Krishna Allavaru is breaking the promise that Rahul Gandhi had made to give respect to youth and women. We Congress workers will not tolerate this. Bihar will not accept this. You will see the result of this, we will not remain silent.
