After the earthquake tremors were felt in Pakistan, the local administration became alert and is keeping an eye on the situation. However, no loss of life or damage to property has been reported so far from Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or any nearby district. The local administration has also appealed to the people to be completely alert about possible aftershocks after the earthquake.

Even 21 hours before the earthquake that was felt on the evening of Wednesday (October 15, 2025), the earth was shaken by an earthquake in Pakistan. The tremors of that earthquake were felt in Jurm, Badakhshan area of Pakistan as well as Afghanistan. The intensity of the earthquake was measured at 4.1 on the Richter scale, whose center was recorded at a depth of 94 kilometers of the earth.
