One should not delay in adopting these habits. The sooner you start them, the more you can benefit. Dr. Eva Feldman, Professor of Neurology at Neuroscience Institute, University of Michigan at New York Times, told 8 different neurologists and brain experts about 10 habits.
1. Wear helmet
Experts said that safety of your head is the most important step to protect your brain. Repeated head injuries from painful brain injuries and shocks can lead to chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), which can oversionly spoil cognizes and cause dementia in some cases.

10. Do not compromise with sleep
Good sleep is important for the mind. It not only makes the memory strong, but also cleanses the brain. If there is a problem in sleep, then concentrate, put blackout curtains and make a sleep diary if needed.
