The average annual salary of doctors in Canada is approximately Rs 1.43 crore. Entry level doctors earn around Rs 54 lakh every year, while experienced doctors can earn Rs 2.77 crore annually.
In India, entry level MBBS graduates get a salary of Rs 25 thousand to Rs 70 thousand per month. Experienced doctors can earn up to Rs 1.5 lakh per month and senior doctors can earn up to Rs 3 lakh per month. That means, the starting salary of a doctor in Canada is many times higher than that in India.
