Instagram and YouTube have now become full time careers for millions of people. By collaborating with influencer and creator brands, Reels is earning a good amount of money by posting these shorts.

Having a large number of followers does not automatically mean more earnings. What matters most is how active your followers are. Also, how often do they like, comment and share your content.

Creators with around 1,00,000 followers are called micro influencers. Depending on views and brand collaboration, they can earn Rs 60,000 to 1.6 lakh per reel. In this, sponsored content, affiliate marketing and paid promotion are the main sources of income.

A YouTube creator with 10,000 subscribers can earn ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month through ads, sponsorships and watch time. The more watch hours and ad clicks you get, the higher your monthly earnings.

Brands on Instagram often communicate directly with creators and offer better payment than YouTube’s advertising revenue model. However, income continues to increase with ad monetization, affiliate links and sponsored videos on YouTube.

Even with 50000 to 1 lakh followers or 10000 subscribers, creators can earn ₹1000 to ₹5000 per post or video from small brands. As your audience increases, your earnings also increase.
