Here we are talking about the MITS Group of Chandigarh, which has gifted gleaming cars to its employees working day and night, and that too, not just any ordinary car, but luxurious SUVs.

MITS Group Chairman MK Bhatia distributed 51 car keys to his employees on the occasion of Diwali, the video of which has gone viral on the internet. First, the company organized a grand Diwali party in its Chandigarh office, after which the top performing employees were rewarded with luxurious SUVs. The company also organized a rally of cars gifted to MITS from the showroom.
Workers are considered the backbone of the company
Along with running a company, MK Bhatian also does social work. He has been giving cars as gifts continuously for the last three years. Last year he promised to give 50 cars on Diwali and he kept his promise.
Bhatia considers his workers as the backbone of his drug manufacturing company. Their hard work, honesty and dedication are the foundation of MITS’s success so it is our goal to recognize and inspire their efforts. This is not to show off, but to strengthen the team spirit and create a home-like environment within the company.
Bhatia said that when the team is happy, the company will naturally grow. Last year he had distributed 15 cars a day before Diwali. A year before that, he had made headlines by giving 12 cars to his employees.
